Keynote Speaker - Jocelyn Hastie
Jocelyn Hastie is passionate about helping women nurture self-awareness and create coherence and congruence between their values and actions. She grew up in the city and focused on climbing the corporate ladder. Over time, she found her life was filled with anxiety as she tried to keep everyone around her happy. After she moved to the country and lived closer to nature, she began to examine her own core values and observe where and when she compromised her identity in “service” of others. At first, she worried that being clear on her boundaries and expectations would upset or offend people, but she took a chance and did it anyway. Over time, a space of peace grew around her. She became stronger, clearer and more grounded. She found that people liked her more, not less. Today, she demonstrates authenticity from the tip of her silver head to the toes of her cowboy boots. Living in the foothills of the majestic Rocky Mountains, she’s survived Canadian winters, metastatic cancer and online dating. She supports women in uncovering their unshakeable beliefs and creating a code of behaviour to define prosperity on their own terms and guide their days in that direction.
The Keys to Cowgirl Confidence
Follow Jocelyn’s four-step process to claim inner peace, power and prosperity.
Create a code of conduct–a cornerstone bringing your values and actions into alignment, leaving you feeling centered
and grounded. It’s never too late to develop the keys to cowgirl confidence, no matter where you hang your hat.
