  • Calgary Rural Primary Care Network (CRPCN) represents 40 clinics, over 130 physicians and serves more than 130,000 residents in the area. 
  • Working to sustain and improve community health status and primary health care services featuring “local” multidisciplinary primary care teams.
  • The 'Strathmore & Wheatland County Christmas Hamper Society' operates within these areas to distribute food and toys to under privileged families for the Christmas season.
  • ​​Housing, support and furniture for persons in need. Clients are accepted on a referral basis from Alberta Mental Health.                                          
  • Connecting Strathmore and Wheatland County residents with wellness resources for non-crisis situations.
  • Helping women, men & their families who are facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy.
  • ​Providing free & confidential pregnancy tests, optional counseling, classes, support groups and agency referrals.
  • Wheatland County is a municipal district in south-central Alberta, Canada, east of Calgary. Located in Census Division No. 5, its municipal office is located east of the Town of Strathmore on Highway 1.

  • This is an informal meeting of representatives from agencies, organizations,businesses and interested individuals who provide services to individuals and families in Wheatland County.
  • Providing addiction information, resources and events in the Community. 
  • The Wheatland Youth Network (WYN) is part of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Youth Hubs Project. WYN is a network of Community Partners and Service Providers that are working together to connect Youth age 11-24 with wellness resources in Strathmore and Wheatland County.
